This is the last Will and Testament of Ann Cant late of Wartnaby and now of the Borough of Leicester in the County of Leicester widow
I desire and I direct all my just Debts and funeral expences to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease and subject to the payment thereof I give all my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and also all my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever either in possession Revertion Remainder or Expectancy unto my two Daughters Elizabeth (the wife of Francis Glen Lowdham) and Catherine (the Wife of the Reverend Gilbert Andrew) equally to be divided between them and to their respective Heirs Executors and Administrators according to the Nature of the said Estates
And Lastly I appoint my said two Daughters Executrixes of this my Will and revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fourth day of February 1789

Let a Probat be made to Elizabeth Lowdham Widow and Catherine Andrew the joint Executrixes they being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the will as that the Testatrix’s Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in value to the sum of three hundred Pounds
Before me Joseph Gregory Surrogate
