This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Caunt of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman
I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named out of my personal Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I Give and Devise unto my dear Wife Sarah her heirs and assigns All my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever situate and being at Long Clawson aforesaid and at Hose in the said County of Leicester
I give and bequeath unto my said Wife all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand tis sixth day of March in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty five

Signed by the said Thomas Caunt in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester the eighth day of December 1873 by the Oath of Sarah Caunt Widow the Relict of the deceased the Sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Thomas Caunt was late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman and died on the seventh day of March 1873 at Long Clawson aforesaid
