In the name of god amen I William Caunt of Stathorne in the Countie of Leicester yeoman doe make this my last Will and testament in manner and forme as followeth
First I bequeath my soul unto almightie god that gave it me hoping through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ to have free pardon of all my sinnes and my body to be buryed in the Church yard of Stathorne according to my executor discression
Imprimis I give and bequeath to my sonn Richard Caunt ten pounds one yeare after my desease

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Caunt ten pounds to be paid att the age of one twentie years and the half headed bed and two peeces of puter and the great brass pan and Cubbard of John Mantles
Item I give unto William Mantle the sonn of Jhon Mantle one ewe lamb to have it att cliping day
Item I give unto Henry Mantle the son of Jhon Mantle one ewe lamb to have it att cliping day
Item I give unto Thomas Walker one ewe lambe to have it att cliping day
Item I give to my Sister Mary Draper one strike of barlie and one strike of pease and I make my Son William my soule execator of this my last will and testament
