This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Chamberlin of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow

I give and devise all my real estate of whatever description wheresoever situate unto my Sister Ann Chamberlain during her life with remainder after her decease to my nephew Harry Barker of Barnstone in the County of Leicester Wheelwright the natural Son of my Sister Margaret his heirs and assigns absolutely

I give all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto Eliza the Wife of the said Henry Barker absolutely

I appoint the said Henry Barker Sole Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I the said Hannah Chamberlin the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand this Twenty eighth day of March One thousand eight hundred and seventy eight

Signed by the said Hannah Chamberlin the Testatrix as her last Will in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the Twelfth day of July 1878 by the Oath of Henry Barker the Sole Executor to whom administration was granted

The Testatrix Hannah Chamberlin was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the Seventh day of May 1878 at Barnstone in the said County
