This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Cheshire of Stathern in the County of Leicester Grazier
I appoint my Friend Richard Graves Pollard of Scalford in the said County of Leicester Innkeeper to be the sole Executor of this my Will
I give the following legacies free of legacy duty namely
To my Executor the sum of Ten pounds
To my Housekeeper Lucy Ann Morrison if she shall remain in my service up to the time of my death the sum of Thirty Pounds and
To my Brother Robert the sum of Forty pounds
I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and all the residue of my personal estate wheresoever and whatsoever to my Daughter Ann Mary Gumbley absolutely
And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of July One thousand nine hundred and six

I appoint Shafto Henry Sikes of Melton Mowbray in the said County of Leicester Auctioneer to be an Executor of my said Will jointly with the said Richard Graves Pollard
I charge the legacies given by my said Will upon my said real Estate
And in all other respects I confirm my said Will

This is a second Codicil to the last Will and Testaments of me Richard Cheshire of Stathern in the County of Leicester Grazier
Whereas by my Will dated the Seventeenth day of July One thousand nine hundred and six I appointed Richard Graves Pollard to be the sole Executor of my said Will And whereas by a Codicil to my said Will dated the First day of May One thousand nine hundred and seven I appointed Shafto Henry Sikes to be an Executor of my said Will jointly with the said Richard Graves Pollard Now I hereby Appoint Henry Horton Southorn of Number 113 Kirby Road Leicester Grocer to be an additional Executor of my said Will
And I declare that my said Will and Codicil shall be read and construed as if the name of the said Henry Horton Southorn had been originally inserted therein as one of my Executors
And in all other respects I confirm my said Will and Codicil
