This is the last Will and Testament of me John Chester of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier (that is to say)
I give devise and bequeath All my real and personal Estate whatsoever and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy that I have a power to dispose of unto and to the use of my dear Wife Mary Chester her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever Subject nevertheless and chargeable with the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences
I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will
I revoke all former Wills by me made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Eighteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Chester the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other

Mary Chester of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Widow the sole Executrix in this Will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual And that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred Pounds and that the deceased died on the twenty fourth day of February last
