Probate copies (Canterbury and York respectively) of the will
I Anne Collishaw of the Parish of Hickling in the County of Nottingham spinster do hereby publish and declare this as my last will and testament namely
To my niece Mary Barlow now the wife of Robert Barlow veterinary surgeon of the parish of Cotgrave in the county of Nottingham for her sole use and benefit I give and bequeath the sum of two hundred pounds lawful money of Great Britain I also further bequeath to the said Mary Barlow all my wearing apparel together with the half of my furniture and household linen
To my nephew William Collishaw I bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds lawful money of Great Britain
To each of my nephews William Dixon George Dixon and David Dixon I bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds lawful money of Great Britain
To my nephew John Collishaw I bequeath all the residue of my property whatsoever be it real or be it personal I also hereby appoint my said nephew John Collishaw to be the sole Executor of this my last will and testament Anne Collishaw
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Anne Collishaw as her last will and testament IN WITNESS whereof we the undersigned in the presence of the Testatrix and of each other have hereunto set our hands this eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight

19 March 1850 will proved at York for Prerogative Court of York.
For Canterbury sworn under six hundred pounds, for York sworn under £1,500, for both that the Testatrix died on or about 14th November 1849.
