This is the last Will and Testament of me John Copley of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Grazier
I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
I appoint my son John Copley to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will
I bequeath to my Son George Copley the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds but in case he does not survive me then such sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds shall be paid to the sons of the said George Copley as shall survive me in equal shares
I bequeath to my niece Ann Bonser who now resides with me the sum of Two hundred pounds
I devise and bequeath the residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to my son John Copley absolutely subject to his paying thereout my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts
In witness whereof I the Testator John Copley have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of January One thousand nine hundred and seven

On the eleventh day of June 1910 Probate of this Will was granted at Leicester to John Copley the Son the sole Executor
