Ann Cragg of Goadby Marwood 1824 Will

In the name of God, amen
I Ann Cragg of the parish of Goadby Marwood and County of Leicester, Widow, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do hereby make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
First I will that all my just debts and funeral Expences be discharged and paid by my Executor hereinafter named
Item I give and bequeath to John Lee, Son of my nephew Thomas Lee of Spalding in the County of Lincoln, Glover the sum of Ten pounds in lawfull money and I also give to the said John Lee two silver Table spoons
Item I give and bequeath to Thomas Lee son of my Nephew Henry Lee of Walton near Peterborough in the County of Northampton Shoemaker, the sum of Ten pounds in lawfull money and I also give to the said Thomas Lee, son of Henry Lee, two silver Table spoons
Item I give and bequeath to my said Nephew Thomas Lee of Spalding in the said County of Lincoln, Glover, my silver watch and two silver salts with their spoons or shovels
Item I give and bequeath to my said Nephew Henry Lee of Walton near Peterborough in the said County of Northampton Shoemaker all my silver Tea spoons and also a pair of silver sugar tongs
And my will is that all my Linnens and wearing apparel be equally divided betwixt my said two Legatees, viz John Lee son of Thomas Lee and Thomas Lee son of Henry Lee share and share alike as nearly as may be done
And my will also is that all others my Household furniture whatsoever and wheresoever be sold by my Executor and that the monies arising by sale thereof, after deducting the amount of all costs and Charges that my Executor may be put to on any account whatsoever relating to this my Will, be equally divided betwixt my two said Legatees, Viz John Lee son of Thomas Lee and Thomas Lee son of Henry Lee
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew Thomas Lee of Spalding in the County of Lincoln, aforesaid, to be the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I hereto set my Hand and seal this sixteenth day of February in the year of Our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and sixteen

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the abovenamed Testatrix Ann Cragg as being her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have, at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto
