In the name of gode Amen, In the yeare of our lorde gode 1569 the xxvith day of Maye I John Crosse of apkettlebye sycke in bodye and whole in mynde make my laste will and testament in this maner and forme followinge

Fyrste I bequiethe my soule to almyghtie gode and to the holie communion in heaven and my bodye to be buried in the church yarde of Apekettlebye

Also I will that my goods be sette … iii partes one for my selfe the seconde for my wyffe and the thirde for my children

Also I will that my parte gooe to my children that is to saye to Thomas Alice and Johne
