This is the Last Will & Testament of me Elizabeth Daft of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in the County of Middlesex in manner following
I give and bequeath my Wearing Apparel Linen Boots lace & Trinkets of every denomination to my Niece Sarah Daniel And I give & bequeath the residue of my Property whatsoever & wheresoever to my said Niece Sarah Daniel Subject nevertheless to her paying the Annual Income of the said residue to Mr Daniel her father during his life
I appoint the said Sarah Daniel Sole Executrix of this my Will & revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fifth day of March One thousand eight hundred and sixteen

Proved at London 3rd August 1819 before the Worshipful Jesse Addams Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Sarah Daniell (in the Will written Daniel) Spinster the Niece the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
