This is the last Will and Testament of me John Thomas Daft of 22 Argyle Street Leicester Grocer and Provision Dealer

I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal Estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear Wife Martha for her absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this Twenty fourth day of October I the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine

The Testator John Thomas Daft was late of 22 Argyle Street Leicester in the County of Leicester Grocer and Provision Dealer and died on the Twenty Eighth day of April 1880 at 22 Argyle Street aforesaid
