In the name of God amen for as much as it is appointed for all persons to die I Elizabeth Dexter of Wartnaby in the County of Leicester Widdow doe hereby make and ordeyne this my last Will and Testament in manner & forme following (That is to say)
Imprimis I give & Bequeath unto my daughter Christian Whitewell the Sume of Twenty pounds to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within six months next after my decease
Item I give unto my Son John Stokes and Elizabeth his Wife the Sume of Twenty Shillings to be paid to him or her by my said Executor hereinafter named within six months next after my decease
All the rest of my Goods & Chattels & personall Estate whatsoever not hereinbefore by me bequeathed or disposed of I give and bequeath unto my loving Son Christopher Dexter whom I make sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I doe hereby revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made
In wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the Twentyth day of February in the fifth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britaine France & Ireland King defender of the faith &c Annoq Dni 1718
