A True full perfect and particular Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattells and Credits of John Dunsmore late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier deceased exhibited and given in upon Oath by John Dunsmore the Uncle and Curator or Guardian lawfully Elected by and Assign’d to Sarah Dunsmore John Dunsmore and Mary Dunsmore Minors the natural and lawful Children of the said deceased and Administrator of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased for the use and benefit of the said Minors and until they or one of them shall attain the age of Twenty one years follows, to wit

John Dunsmore
This Exhibitant saith that the foregoing Inventory contains all and singular the Goods Chattels and Personal Estate of the said John Dunsmore deceased so far as have come to his hands Possession or knowledge and if at any time hereafter he shall discover any further or other personal Estate of the said deceased he will readily charge himself therewith and add the same to this Inventory
On the fifth day of December 1786 the said John Dunsmore was sworn to the truth of the foregoing Inventory
Before me Tho Ford, Surrogate
Bond, bound John Dunsmore farmer of Harby, William Dunsmore grazier of Sedgebrooke, Lincolnshire and Thomas Morris miller of Scalford £1,280 5 December 1786, condition whereas Sarah Dunsmore of Scalford relict of John Dunsmore grazier of Scalford intestate has renounced administration of her late husband’s estate, bound John Dunsmore uncle and Curator or Guardian chosen by Sarah, John and Mary Dunsmore minors under twenty one the children of John Dunsmore deceased and administrator of the estate for the benefit of these children until one of them becomes twenty one is to produce inventory and administer estate

Let Letters of Administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the within named John Dunsmore deceased be granted and committed under Seal to the within bound John Dunsmore the Uncle and Curator or Guardian lawfully Elected by and appointed to Sarah Dunsmore John Dunsmore and Mary Dunsmore Minors the natural & lawful Children of the said deceased for their use and benefit and until they or one of them shall attain the age of twenty one years
He being duly sworn as well to the faithful Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased as that the same Goods Chattels & Credits do not amount in Value to the sum of One thousand Pounds
