This is the Last Will and Testament of me James Eggleston of Scalford in the County of Leicester made this Thirty-first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty eight
I Hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore
I appoint William Henry Harper of 1 Stafford Avenue Melton Mowbray to be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I Give and Bequeath unto Edith Rendell, wife of Percy Rendell of Scalford, any money I may possess after my death, also the money due to me from the Foresters Club at Louth and any money due to me from the Great Northern Railway Club, together with my clothes furniture, linen or any other of my effects to her absolutely
