In the name of god Amen I James Fukes fo Ab Kettlbey in the County of Lisester being weak of bodey but of sound and perfect mind and memory doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in maner following
First I commit my soule into the hands of Allmyty god my creator in hoaps of Remision of All my sins through Jesus Christ my saveour and my bodey I comit to the earth to be buryed at the descresion of my execturex and as for my earthly goods which the lord hath lent me I give unto my loving wife Mary Fukes and my daughter Mary Fukes to be equly to be devideed betwixt them
And my wife I do make my sole executrix of this my last will and tastment Revoak all other wills by me made or sufred to be made
