Extracted from the Registry of the Prerogative Court of York
In the Name of God Amen I Mary Flower of Granby in the County of Nottingham Spinster being of perfect mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament as touching my Estate together with the rest and residue of my property I bequeath and dispose of in manner and form following
First my two (undivided) thirds of all that messuage or tenement with Homestead and Appurtenances thereto belonging containing three Acres and twenty four perches or thereabout and also of and in the Home close containing one acre one rood and twenty six perches or thereabout and also of and in the close containing two acres and fifteen perches or thereabout Together with all that parcel of Land containing forty one acres two roods and eight perches or thereabout now divided into several closes all situated at Claxton otherwise Long Clawston now in the occupation of Henry Hebbs together with all other Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereto belonging situated at Claxton or Long Clawston aforesaid I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Brown only paying the Sum of Six hundred pounds and at her decease it shall descend to her Son (my nephew) William Brown and at his decease it shall be equally divided betwixt the children of the said William Brown
I give to my brother Henry Flower the Sum of eight hundred pounds to be paid within six months after my decease
I give to my niece Elizabeth Flower the Sum of Eight hundred pounds to be paid within Six months after my decease
The rest and residue of my money I give to my Sister Ann Hebb of Burbridge in the County of Leicester Widow & at her decease I will that it be equally divided betwixt Henry Hebb of Claxton or Long Clawston, Elizabeth Preston Wife of Peter Preston of Melton Mowbray and Ann Warner Wife of George Warner of Burbridge in the County of Leicester
My Silver and my best Linen I give to my brother Henry Flower my Sisters Ann Hebb and Elizabeth Brown and to my niece Elizabeth Flower each to have share and share alike
The rest and residue of my Linen and Furniture I give to my Sister Elizabeth Brown for her natural life and then to be equally divided betwixt her Son (my nephew) William Brown and my Sister Ann Hebb
My Clothes I give to my two Sisters Ann Hebb and Elizabeth Brown each to have share and share alike
And I do constitute and appoint Henry Hebb of Claxton or Long Clawson Executor with Elizabeth Flower of Granby Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby utterly revoke disallow and disannul all former bequests Wills or Legacies by me heretofore in anywise left or make declaring ratifying and confirming this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five

This Will was proved at York 4th February 1828 by the Oath of Elizabeth the Wife of Charles Blagden (heretofore Elizabeth Flower Spinster) the niece and one of the Executors therein named to whom Probate was granted she having been first sworn duly to administer
Power reserved to swear Henry Hebb of Long Clawson grazier
