In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Francis of Harby in the County of Leicester being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following
And as touching the disposition of all such temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth
Item I give unto my Grand Child Ralph Whittle the Sum of twenty pounds to be paid to him at the Age of twenty one Years but if he should die before he Come to Age then the said Sum of twenty pounds to be paid to his Son William Frances or his Heirs
All the rest and residue of my personal Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever I do give and bequeath unto my Son William Francis and Margaret my loving wife being joyn’d Executors of this my last will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Francis do set my hand and Seal the first day of July In the year of our Lord 1747
