This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Freck of Harby in the County of Leicester Widow
I give to my Son John Freck ninety Pounds, To my Son James Freck forty Pounds, To my Daughter Sarah Newton ninety Pounds, To my Daughter Mary Freck forty Pounds To my Daughter Elizabeth Whittle forty Pounds to be paid to them respectively by my Executor within twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease
And I give to each my six Grandchildren the Children of my late Daughter Hannah Fawkes deceased the Sum of ten Pounds to be paid to such of them who shall be at the age of twenty one Years at my Decease within twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease and to such others of them as shall then be under the said Age as and when they shall respectively attain the said Age with Interest at four per Cent per Annum to be computed from the End of twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease
And subject to the Payment of my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses and the several Legacies above mentioned I give all my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Kind or Nature soever to my Son William Freck for his own use And I make and appoint my said Son William Freck sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the eleventh Day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three

Let a probat be granted to William Freck of Harby Farmer & Grazier sole Executor named in the Will of Sarah Freck who died at Harby on the sixth day of September last
He the said William Freck being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods Chattels & Credits, as they were at her death, without deducting any debts owing by her therefrom, did not amount in value to the sum of four hundred & fifty pounds
