In the Name of God Amen I John Garrat of Hose in the County of Leicester Weavour do this Second day of September one thousand Seven hundred and fifty one being in Sound Mind Make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner following
Imprimis I give to my Daughter Mary, Wife of Wm Hand the Sum of Eight pounds
Itam I give to my Daughter Philipea Wife of John Williams the Sum of One pound
Itam I give to my Daughter Frances Garrat the Sum of Eight pounds
Itam I give to my Daughter Sarah the Sum of Six pounds to be paid by my Executor when shee cometh to the Age of One and Twenty years
Itam I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Garrat the Sum of Six pounds to be paid by my Executor when Shee cometh to the Age of one & twenty years
I give and bequeath to my Son William Garrat all the Residue and rest of My Estate real and personal and Make him Sole Executor of all My Goods Chattels & Cattle and Lastly I revoke all formour wills made by me and acknowledge this to be my Last will and Testament and my Son William Garrat as before Mentioned Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament he paying my Legasies and Debts & Defraying my funeral Expences
In wittness whereof I John Garrat the Testator have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written
