The last will and testament nuncupative of William Gibson of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester labourer he being of perfect mind & memorie did a little before his death nuncupatively declare his last will & testament as followeth
He did give to his wife Elizabeth Gibson the Cottage house in which he dwelt with the Commons to give or dispose to his son William Gibson according to his dutyfullness & his good behaviour to her
Item he did give to his daughter Elizabeth Gibson tenn pounds & to his daughter Jane five pounds
All the rest of his estate he did give to his wife Elizabeth Gibson which said words or the like in effect he did declare to be his last will & testament nuncupative in the presence of credible Witnesses vizt Michaell Pares & Elizabeth Gibson
