This is the last Will and Testament of me William Gibson of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Grazier
I give and bequeath all my effects whatsoever and wheresoever namely stock and Implements, Household furniture plate Linen and China unto my Wife for her use for and during the term of her natural life and at her decease I give and bequeath all and singular the Aforesaid effects unto my daughter Sarah Shelton the Wife of Benjamin Castledine Shelton for her absolute use and benefit subject to a legacy of Twenty pounds which I bequeath to Maria the Widow of my Son Charles Gibson and I do hereby nominate and appoint my daughter Sarah Shelton aforesaid sole executrix of this my last Will this Twenty third day of June One thousand eight hundred and fifty nine

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said William Gibson the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the joint presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our Names as Witnesses and we do hereby certify that the said Will was read over to the said William Gibson previous to his making his mark thereto and he appeared perfectly to understand the same
