Robert Gill of Nether Broughton 1807 Will

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Robert Gill of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier as follows

First I Will that all my just Debts shall be fully paid and subject thereto I Give and bequeath all my Household Goods and other Goods Stock Cattle Chattels Rights Credits ready money Securities for money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my only Son Thomas Gill Upon Condition nevertheless that my said Son Thomas Gill shall find and provide every thing necessary for the Maintenance and support of his Mother Sarah Gill for and during the Term of her natural Life

And I hereby appoint my said Son Thomas Gill Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Robert Gill the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Ninety Nine

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Robert Gill as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and the presence of each other set our Names as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof

Let probat be granted to Thomas Gill Executor of the within written will, he being sworn to the due execution of it, & also made oath that the whole personal Estate of the Testator at time of his death did not amount to Two hundred pounds
