In the Name of God Amen the Twentieth day of November 1761 I Thomas Glover of Grimston in the County of Leicester Farmer do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following That is to Say
Principally and first of all I give and recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping through the Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon of all my Sins and as for my Body to be buried in a decent Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter nominated
The Rest of my Worldly Goods I Give demise and dispose of the Same in the following manner and Form
First I five and bequeath to my Son William Glover the Sum of one Guniea
Item I give to my Son John Glover the Sum of one Shilling
Item I give to my Son in Law Thomas Sharp the Sum of one Shilling
Item all the Rest of my Good and Chattles I Give to my beloved Son Thomas Glover upon Condition that he shall pay all my Debts and Legacies and Burial Charges and do make him my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoking all other Wills and Testaments that has been by me made

Sign’d Seal’d publish’d pronounced and Declared by the said Thos Glover as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the Subscribers
