In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me Susannah Godfrey of Holwell in the County of Leicester Widow
First I do hereby Order and Direct that all my just Debts Legacies and Funeral expences shall be fully paid and satisfied so soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my Executrix herein after named and subject thereto I do Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Godfrey All and singular my Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linnen Goods Chattles Personal Estate and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever or wheresoever
And I do hereby make Constitute and appoint my said Daughter Elizabeth Godfrey sole executrix of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the thirtieth day of January in the twenty third year of the reign of King George the Second over Great Britain &c and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty nine

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Susannah Godfrey as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request have set our Hands as Witnesses hereunto
