In the Name of God Amen I Peter Greasley of Hickling in the County of Nottingham shepherd being weake in body but of perfect minde and memory praised be to all mighty God for the same doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament renownceing all other wills and Testaments whatsoever
Imprimis I give and bequeath my soul unto allmity God my Creator trusting and Confidently expecting to be saved by the alone merritts & bitter passion of Jesus Christ my Redeemer and my body to the earth from whence it came and as touching my worldly goods which God of his great mercy hath bestowed on me I give and bequeath them as followeth
Item I give and bequeath unto John Greasley the son of John Greasley of Wartnaby one shilling and to Peter his brother one shilling and Peter Greasley of Nottingham the son of William Greasley one shilling and to Peter Greasley of this towne the sone of Elizabeth Greasley one shilling all to be paid by my executrix within twelve moneths after my decease
Item I give unto my deare wife my dwelling house with the land belong to it and all other edifices as out houses yards and all other appurtenances and appremises whatsoever belonging to the said dwelling house to her and her heires for ever and likewise I give unto my loving wife Elizabeth Greasley all by Goods Cattells and Chattells Bills bonds and all other things whatsoever belonging to me whom I doe make her that is my deare wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament
In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Twenty ninth day of March Anno dni 1715
