This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Hall of Normanton-on-the-Wolds near Plumtree in the County of Nottinghamshire

I Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate to my son Daniel Archer Hall if he be living at my decease

And in case my said son shall die in my lifetime I devise & bequeath all my real & personal estate to my sister Ann Archer and my brothers John Holmes Archer and William Archer or such of them as shall be living at the period of distribution in equal shares and in case any of them my said sister and brothers shall die before such period leaving issue such issue shall take in equal shares between them the share only which their parent would have taken if he or she had survived such period
