In the Name of God Amen, I James Harby of Long Claxton Als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman Do this third Day of October one thousand Seven hundred & fifty three make and ordain this my Last will & Testament in manner following
Imprimis I give to my Son Thomas Harby the Sum of fourty pounds
Itam I give to my Daughter Sarah Harby the Sum of Ten pounds
Itam I give to my Daughter Mary Leadbeater the Sum of One Shilling
All the Rest and Residue I Give to my Son John Harby whom I make Sole Executor of my Estate Real and personall & do make my Son John Harby as before mentioned Sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament Revokeing all formour wills and Testaments of All my Goods Cattle & Chattles
