This is the last Will of me Gregory Haskard of Stathern in the County of Leicester Labourer
I direct my Executor to pay my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences and to divide the residue of my Personal Estate equally between such of the following of my six Nephews and Nieces as shall be living at my death (viz) Gregory and Thomas Haskard (the Sons of my Brother George) Elizabeth Copley, Thomas Pick, Elizabeth Stevenson and Job Marston
I devise all Real Estates vested in me as Mortgagee to my Executor George Braithwaite his heirs and assigns Subject to the equities affecting the same nevertheless the Money secured by any Mortgage to go as above mentioned
And I appoint the said George Braithwaite of Stathern aforesaid Frame Work Knitter Executor of this my Will for the purposes aforesaid And I bequeath him a Legacy of five pounds for his trouble Witness my hand this [blank] day of Septr 1874

Signed and published by the said Testator in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses the word John having been first erased with a pen

The Will bearing date the [blank] day of Septr 1874 but in fact executed on the First day of September 1874 was Proved at Leicester on the Fifteenth day of March 1880 by the Oath of George Braithwaite the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Gregory Haskard was formerly of Stathern and late of Long Clawson both in the County of Leicester Labourer and died on the Twenty fourth day of January 1880 at Long Clawson aforesaid
