This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Hebb Widow of the Parish of Stathern in the County of Leicester
First I will that all my just debts be paid
And upon Trust I Give and bequeath all and singular my Household goods and furniture Live Stock implements of Husbandry Stock in Trade Plate Linen and China Monies Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be subject to the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will and Testament unto Andrew Shipman of Eaton in the County aforesaid whom I also nominate to be Trustee and I also hereby nominate constitute and appoint the aforesaid Andrew Shipman to be Executor of this my Will and the remaining part of my personal Estate and Effects that remain after my just debts are paid funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will and also the expense that my occur in settling my affairs the overplus that my then be I Give and bequeath to my two Daughters Mary Hutchenson and Eliza Wan share and share alike to be equally divided between them and I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made
I do publish and declare this Sheet of Paper signed and sealed by me to contain my last Will and Testament this fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty five

Andrew Shipman of Eaton in the County of Leicester Farmer and Grazier the Executor in this Will named was duly sworn to the truth & faithful performance thereof as usual and that the goods chattels & credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds, & that the deceased died on the sixth day of Novbr last
