This is the last Will and testament of me Anne Hoggins of Goadby Marwood Leicestershire Widow
I direct my just debts Funeral and testamentary expences be first paid
I Give all my Personal estate and effects (subject thereto) of every sort and Kind unto my Relation Matthew Clifford of Goadby Marwood aforesaid Labourer his executors administrators and assigns for ever and I appoint him Sole Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all others by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of February 1830

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Anne Hoggins for her last Will and testament in the presence of us who have at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as witnesses

Let a Probat be granted to Matthew Clifford of Goadby Marwood, Labourer, sole Executor named in the will of Anne Hoggins, who died at Goadby Marwood, on the seventeenth day of Oct last
He the said Matthew Clifford being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will, as that the Testators Goods, Chattels and Credits as they were at her death, without deducting any debts owing by her therefrom, did not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds
