The last Will and Testament of me, Thomas Holwell of Old Dalby, in the County of Leicester
I, Thomas Holwell, do hereby leave and bequeath the whole of my Property, real and personal to my Wife Elizabeth Holwell, for her sole use and benefit, during her life, and after her death to Elizabeth Groom the Wife of George Groom and grand daughter of my Wife
I hereby revoke all and every other Will and Testament at any other time made by me
I also appoint the above Elizabeth Groom and her husband George Groom Executors of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Holwell have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand the Twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight

Proved at Leicester on the Fifteenth day of August 1879 by the Oath of George Groome (in the Will written Groom) one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted. Power being reserved of making the like Grant to Elizabeth Groome (in the Will written Groom) Wife of the said George Groome (Grand daughter of Testator’s Wife) the other Executor
The Testator Thomas Holwell was late of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the Nineteenth day of January 1879
