Memorand That upon or about the thirteenth day of September in the yeare of our Lord god accordeing to the Computacon of the Church of England one thousand six hundred fortie one John Hurst thelder of Holwell in the Countie of Leic yeoman being sicke and weake in body but of good and perfect memorie did make and declare his last will and testament nuncupative or by word of mouth in effect as follows vizt
First of all he named and appointed Elizabeth his loveing wife and John Hurst his sonne & heires apparent to be the executors of his last will and testament and bequeathed to his said executors all the rest of his goods credits and Cattells remaineing after his legacies paidd
Alsoe he gave to Mary Hurst his onely daughter a childes porcon of two hundred pownds to be paied her in manner followeing one hundred pownds thereof to be paied her at the day of her marriage and thother hundred pownds at the birth of her first Childe if they both lived and did well
Alsoe he gave unto his sonne William Hurst a filiall porcon of fiftie pownds And alsoe he gave unto his youngest sonne Thomas Hurst the like porcon of fiftie pownds
All which or the like in effect he declared in the presence of this credible wittnesse vizt Mary Hurst
