In the name of god Amen I Joane Jackson of Neather Broughton in the Countie of Leic widdowe weake in body but whole in mynde & of good & perfect memory thankes be to god doe ordaine & make this my last will & testament this nynteenth daie of December in the yeare of our lord god 1628 in maner & forme followeinge
Imprimis first I give & bequeath my soule to almightie god & my bodie to buried in the Churchyard of Neather Broughton aforesaid
Item I give & bequeath to my sonne Robert the house wherein I now Dwell when he is at the age of one & twenty years and one bedstead one mattrice one pare of sheets one Coverlid one bolster
Item the rest of my goods unbequethed my will is that they be equally devided betwixt my two daughters Margarett Jackson and Alice Jackson and if it please god either of them to departe this life before she come to be maried, that then her part & porcon shall remaine to the other sister
Item I ordaine & make Charles Lowe my father the full & sole executor of this my last will & testament & hope that he will bring up my Children to the feare of god
