George Johnson farmer and grazier of Saxelby died intestate on 9 March 1839, widow Alice and children George, William John and Alice Johnson, widow Alice renounced Letters of Administration 12 January 1847.

Bond, bound George Johnson farmer and grazier of Saxelby, Robert Lomas the elder farmer of Saxelby and Thomas Marriott farmer of Saxelby £1,600 16 February 1847, condition bound George Johnson son of deceased to produce inventory and administer estate.
