Henry Judson of Eastwell 1713 Will and Inventory

In the name of god Amen I Henry Judson of Eastwell in the County of Leicester husbandman Being Sick in body but of a sound and disposeing memory praise be given to god for the same Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following vizt
First and principally I resign my Soul into the merciful hands of Almighty God my Creator Assuredly hopeing through the merits of my Blessed Saviour to obtain Remission of all my sins And my body I committ to the earth from whence it was taken to be decently Buryed by the discretion of executor hearafter mentioned
And as for my worldly goods and estate the Lord hath lent me I dispose Thereof as followeth
Imprimis I will that all those debts and dues as I owe to any maner of person be discharged and payd within convenient time after my decease
Item I give and bequeath to my eldest Grandaughter Ann Judson the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid at the day of her mothers marriage [sic]
Item I give to my Grandaughter Jane Judson the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid at the same day of her mothers marriage
And if either of these Children dye there part must be paid to the longer survivour
Item my Daughter Jane Judson is to take care to the bring up of these Two Chilldren will they come at the age of one and Twenty years
For the Rest of my goods and Estate I give to my Daughter Jane Judson making her my Sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament Revokeing all other Wills heretofore made by me
In wittness hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal the 11th day of May in the year of our Lord 1713
