This is the last Will and Testament of me Esther Lamin of Hose in the County of Leicester Widow
First I direct my funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid
I give and bequeath to my two Daughters Mary Lamin and Jane Ann Lamin share and share alike for their own separate and absolute use and disposal all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever save and except such part of the Furniture of the House in which I dwell as belonged to my late Husband and goes by his Will for my Son Henry Lamin after my decease All other my personal Estate and Effects having been acquired by me since my Husband’s decease I bequeath as aforesaid to my said Daughters whom I appoint joint Executors of this my Will
And revoking all former or other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my Name this seventh day of May in the year One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven

Signed and declared by the said Esther Lamin the Testatrix as her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester the fourteenth day of December 1872 by the Oaths of Mary Lamin and Jane Ann Lamin Spinsters Daughters of the deceased the Executrixes to whom Administration was granted
The Testatrix Esther Lamin was late of Hose in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the twenty eighth day of April 1872 at Hose aforesaid
