The last Will and Testament of James Lamin of the parish of Harby county of Leicester
After all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath all my property both real and personal to my Brother John Lamin, Miller of the parish of Harby County of Leicester and my nephew Henry Lamin of Langar Grange County of Nottingham Son of my Brother Henry Lamin to be equally divided between my above named Brother John Lamin and Nephew Henry Lamin for their use absolutely
And I appoint my Brother John Lamin and my nephew Henry Lamin my sole executors to carry out this my last Will and Testament

The Testator James Lamin was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Miller and died on the fifth day of July 1887 at Harby aforesaid
