I Richard Leke of Neather Broughton In the County of Leicester being weeke of bodey but of a sound and pearfict memerry do ordaine this as my Last will and testement In maner and form folloing viz

First I bequorth my Sole to allmighty god my Redeemer And as for my goods and parsenall Estate I bequorth In maner and form folloing

Itim I give unto my Richard Leke forteay pd to bee pade at the age of twenty one by my Exetors out of my Land

Itim I give unto my son Willm Leke Thorteay pd to be pade at the Age of twenty one by my Exeters out of my Land

Itm I give unto my sun Tho: Leke ten pd to be pade at the age of fooreteen to put him out prestis to be pade by the exetors

Itim I give unto my Daughter Eliz: Leke twenty pd to be pade seven years after the Date hearof

Itim I give unto my Daughter Saraey Leke twenty pd to be pade seven years after the Date hearof

Itim I give unto my Daughter Mary Leke twenty pd to be pade when hir Brother Willm Leke is at age

Itim I give unto my Daughter Ann Leke twenty pd to be pade when hir Brother Willm Leke is at age

Itm I give unto my Daughter Jane Leke ten pd to be pade at the age of twenty one

If any die before age there part to be devided amongst the rest

Itim I do Joyne my Wife whilst she do keep unmarried and my Son Frances Leke Excetters paing all my dets and funearall Charges and to bring up my Children

And this I do ordaine as my Last will and testement
