In the name of God Amen I William Liver Als Leavers of Claxton Als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Weaver being Aged and weake in body but of sound and perfect mind & understanding doe make and Ordain this my last Will & Testament in Manner following
Imprimis I commend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator and my body to the Earth from whence it was taken to be decently Interred att the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named hopeing through the onely Merritts & Mediation hereinafter named hopeing through the onely Merritts & Mediation of my Lord and Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ for a Joyfull resurrection to life Eternal
And Allsoe I Give Devise and Bequeath All my Messuages Tenements Closes Commons Lands and hereditaments whatsoever with their and every of their respective rights members and Appurtenances Scituate and being within the Town fields liberties territories and precincts of Claxton Als Long Clawson aforesaid and Hose in the sd County of Leicester or Elsewhere within the sd County unto my Sister in Law Grace Liver Als Leavers and to her heirs and Assigns for ever, She thereout paying and dischargeing All my Debts by Specialty, and all the Interest which shall be due for the same, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
And Allsoe I Give and Bequeath unto my said Sister in Law Grace Liver Als Leavers her Executors Administrators and Assigns All my Goods Chattells household stuffe rights Creddits and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall be found She thereout paying all my personal Debts and funeral Expences whatsoever
And Lastly I Doe hereby make Ordain Constitute and appoint my said Sister in Law Grace Liver Als Leavers Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revokeing all former Wills and Testaments whatsoever by me att any time heretofore made if any Shall be found
In Wittnesse whereof I the said William Liver Als Leavers have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and Seal this Seaventh day of September in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seaven hundred and Seaventeen
