In the name of God Amen I Peetter Lee of Claxton alis Long Clawson in the county of Leicester Yeoman being mindfull of my mortality doe make and ordain this my last will & Testament in manner following
Imprimis I will & require that All my Just Debts and funerall Expencis be pd of by my executors hereinafter named
Allso I Give to my sun John Line of Willaby his wife and three Children five shilins that is to each of them a shilin apeece
Also I Give to my Daughter Mary Lee fifteen pounds in moneys & five pounds in housald goods to be paid hir within one year after my deseas
Allso I Give to my loving wife Elizabeth Lee one third part of my parsnall Estate after my Leagesies clear paid
Lastly I doe here by make ordain constitute & appoint My two suns Robt Lee & John Lee Joynt Executors of this my last will & Testament hereby revoking all former wills and Testaments whatsoever by mee at any time hear tofore made
In witness whereof I the said Peetter Lee the Testator have to this my last will and Testament set my hand & seal the first day of November in the year of our Lord 1727
