This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Lockton of Dalby on the Wolds in the County of Leicester, Widow
I Give and bequeath unto my brother John Greasley the sum of Thirteen Pounds, To my brother William Greasley the sum of Fourteen Pounds, To my sister Mary Brewtnal the sum of Ten Pounds, to my sister Sarah Gill the sum of Fourteen Pounds and my Chest of Drawers, and to my sister Ann Woodstock my largest clothes Box and Umbrella and the sum of Twenty Pounds
I Give and bequeath unto my niece Mary Gilbert my tea Tray, tea Caddy, and a pair of Candlesticks and the sum of Five Pounds, and to my niece Sarah Marriott my silk Shawl and the sum of Five Pounds, and to my niece Elizabeth Gibson six silver tea spoons my black bombasin Gown and Peticoat and the sum of Five Pounds, and to my niece Miriam Greasley six Chairs a pair of silver sugar Tongs my best black silk Cloak and the sum of Five Pounds
And all the remainder of my wearing apparel I Give to be equally divided between my three sisters Mary Brewtnal, Sarah Gill, and Ann Woodcock
And all the rest, residue and remainder of my Goods, Chattels, Effects and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after and subject to the payment of my just Debts, funeral and testamentary expences) I Give to my brother Thomas Greasley
I do also nominate and appoint the said Thomas Greasley my sole Executor of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills by me made
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and twenty one

Let a Probate be made to Thomas Greasley of Old Dalby Leicestershire Shop keeper the Sole Executor named in the Will of the within named Elizabeth Lockton who died on the twenty second day of December last.
He being first duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods Chattles and credits as they were at her death without deducting any Debts owing by her therefrom did not amount in value to the Sum of One hundred Pounds
