This is the last Will and Testament of me William Lockton of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Shoemaker and Grazier
I give and bequeath all my Money Household Furniture Stock in Trade Book Debts Grazing Stock and all other the personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever of which I shall die possessed unto my Wife Selina Lockton absolutely she paying thereout my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will
In witness whereof I the said William Lockton the testator have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty nine

Signed published and declared by the said William Lockton the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as witnesses
