This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Lowe of Scalford in the county of Leicester
I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease To Francis Parker of Nottingham and Thomas Parker of Scalford their Heirs and Assigns upon Trust nevertheless that they my said Trustees or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivor do and shall at their discretion and under their Management and direction permit and suffer my wife Elizabeth Lowe during so long time as she shall continue my widow to have hold use occupy enjoy and appropriate all my said real and Personal Estate for the benefit and maintenance of herself and my Children until my youngest Child attains the age of twenty one years and in case of her marriage again before that time then upon Trust to permit and suffer my Daughter Mary (in case she remains single and unmarried till my youngest child attains the said age of twenty one years) under their guidance and direction to have hold and occupy enjoy and appropriate all my said Real and Personal Estate for the equal benefit of herself and the remaining part of my Children until my said youngest Child attains the age of 21 years and in case she marries before that time then I request my said Trustees will undertake the sole management of my property for the equal benefit of all my said Children
And I devise and declare that if it be necessary and my Trustees shall see fit they shall convert my said Real and Personal Estate into money and pay and apply any part of the principal of the said Trust Monies for and towards the maintenance and support of my said Children till my youngest child attains 21 years of age
And when my youngest Child has attained that age upon Trust that they my said Trustees shall and do make sale of and convert into money all my said Real and Personal Estate and Effects and after paying all Debts that may be owing, do and shall divide the residue and remainder thereof unto and equally between my wife (if she remain a widow) and all my Children that shall be living at the time of my decease or their lawful issue (such issue taking their parents share only) their Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely
And I declare that the receipts of my said Trustees shall be a good discharge to any person purchasing all or any part of my said Real or Personal Estate
And I appoint my said Trustees joint Executors of this my will and give them the benefit of the usual clauses and indemnity for limiting the liability and protecting Trustees in the discharge of their Duty

Let a probate be made to Francis Parker of the Town and County of the Town of Nottingham Victualler one of the Executors named in the Will of the within named Samuel Lane who died 1 May last with power of making the like grant to Thomas Parker of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grocer the other Executor when he shall apply for the same
He having been first duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Goods chattels and Credits of the Testator without deducting any debts due and owing by the deced therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds
