This is the last Will and Testament of me William Lowe of Eaton in the County of Leicester Grocer
First I will that all my just Debts be paid and I give and bequeath unto my Dear Wife Elizabeth Lowe All and singular my Money Securities for Money Household furniture Stock in Trade Plate Linen and China And also all my Live and Dead Stock Crops of Corn Implements of Husbandry and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be (Subject to the payment of my just Debts funeral Expences and the Expence of proving this my Will) To hold the same and every part thereof (Subject as aforesaid) unto my said Wife Elizabeth Lowe her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
And I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Lowe sole Executrix of this my Will
And lastly revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do publish and declare this sheet of Paper to be my last Will and Testament this twenty third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen

This Sheet of Paper was Signed Sealed published and declared by the said William Lowe the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto
