This is the Last Will and Testament of me Robert Mackley of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman
First I Will that all my Just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences be paid by my Executor herein after named, And I Give and bequeath as follows
To my Brother William Mackley Twenty pounds, To my Daughter Elianor Marriott Ninety Pounds, to my Daughter Sarah Chapman Sixty Pounds These several sums to be paid at the expiration of one Year after my Decease by my Executor
All the rest residue and remainder of my property whatsoever and wheresoever I Give and bequeath to my Son William Mackley, whom I make and ordain Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament (revoking and making void all former Wills by me made) whereunto I have set my Hand and Seal this tenth day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six

Signed sealed Published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us and in the presence of each other who at his request have set our names thereto as Witnesses

Let a probat be granted to William Mackley of Long Clawson, Grazier, sole Executor named in the Will of Robert Mackley who died at Long Clawson on the 19th day of Nov: 1826
He the said William Mackley being duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will, as that the Testator’s Goods, Chattels & Credits as they were at his death, without deducting any Debts owing by him therefrom, did not amount to the value of three hundred pounds
