George Manchester of Long Clawson 1704 Will and Inventory

In the name of god Amen I George Manchester the Elder of Claxton in the County of Leicester husbandman being weake of body but of A perfeckt Memory do make and ordaine this to be and stand for my last will and testament in Manner and forme following
Imprimis I give my soule to god that gave it any my body to be buried in the Church yard of Claxton Aforesade and as for My worldly Estate I doe dispose of as followeth
Imprimis I do give and bequeath unto my son William Manchester one Shilling to be pade with in the spase of one yeare
Item I do give unto my son John Cauderey one Shilling
Item I do give unto my gran Childe Edward Cauderey five Shillings
Item I do give and bequeath unto my Loveing wife Mary Manchester all that homstead or tenement which I purchased of William Bateman and the sixt part of one oxgange of Land and three Leayes lying in more beck which I purchased of Henery Manchester and Henery Leake to her and her heires for Ever upon Condicon that shee shall sell it all or part of it to pay my debts
All the rest of my goods Cattell and Chattells whatsoever I do give unto my loveing wife to pay my debts and leagises I do make and ordaine her full Executrix of this my last will and testament Revokeing all other wills by mee heer to fore made
In wittnesse whereof I have heer unto set my hand and seale the day and yeare above written
