This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Marriott of Scalford in the County of Leicester made this first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore

I appoint my son John Marriott and my wife Elizabeth Marriot to be my Executors, and I direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Marriott the sum of £200 to my son John Marriott the sum of £300, the residue of my estate to be equally divided between my son John Marriott and my daughters Louisa Marriot and Annie Marriott

I desire my household furniture, books and plate to be equally divided between my three children their step mother making the division, my stock, implements etc to be sold or valued as they may agree ie my children shall agree
