I Charles McArthur of Exchange Villa Harby in the County of Leicester Artist do hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

I give devise and bequeath all my property whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Eliza McArthur absolutely and do hereby appoint her to be the sole Trustee and Executrix of this my Will

In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will this second day of February One thousand eight hundred and ninety seven
