This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Milnes of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Bricklayer that is to say
Subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my dear wife Martha Milnes her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever
And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will
I revoke all former Wills by me made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said Isaac Milnes the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty

Martha Milnes of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Widow the Sole Executrix in this Will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Twenty pounds and that the deceased died on the seventh day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty

Dated the ninth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty two
On the 13th Augt 1842 Origl Will exhibited before the Revd Jemson Davies Clerk Master of Arts and Surrogate of the Commissary and Probate deemed to pass Seal to the above named Martha Milnes in the presence of
